Politique d'expédition

Zacharias Home Décor currently only ships to Canadian locations. We ask our customers to use a physical shipping address (Not a PO Box)  for your ship to address. We use various carriers for shipping your orders. 

Products shipped within Canada we use Expedited Parcel service from Canada Post. The average shipping time depends on destination location and will range from 2-8  business days.

We also have products that will be shipped directly to our customers by our suppliers who are located outside of Canada using their own approved carriers. These average shipping times range from 3-10 business days.

Order processing time before order is shipped on average is 2 business days.

All Zacharias Home Decor orders have Free Shipping.  

PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping does NOT include customs and duties that may be applied before delivery for items that were shipped from outside of Canada. Our product pages will indicate where the particular item will be shipped from. Please also note that processing and shipping times provided are an average not a guarantee. From time to time unforeseen circumstances may arise such as bad weather etc which may cause shipping times to be delayed.
